Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within Canada and to selected international destinations.

Personalized products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Conception Diligence is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by their destination country.
